WHAT IS YOUR CURRENT PRODUCTION TIME?
Each item is handmade by the PCB team here in our studio, so please allow 2-3 days for your product to be created. This does not include weekends or holidays. Please note shipping time is a separate timeline. Choose your delivery speed when checking out which will determine how fast your order will get to you after it is made + sent.

DO YOU SELL WHOLESALE?
Yes! If you are interested in considering PCB for your shop or boutique please view our guidelines here and apply to be a wholesaler here.

ARE YOUR PRODUCTS MACHINE WASHABLE?
While we use the highest quality printing method that will ensure a bold and lasting print, our fabric is 100% natural cotton and is not pre-shrunk. Items may shrink in the wash. Therefore, we recommend spot cleaning only when applicable. You may iron our items as needed!

DOES MY PILLOW COVER COME WITH AN INSERT?
Inserts or forms are NOT automatically included. You may select to include and purchase an insert in the drop down menu, but they automatically come as just a cover. Our overs are made with an envelope closure on back.

WHAT IS AN INSERT?
An insert is the pillow form that fills the cover you are purchasing from the shop and what makes the pillow cover a complete, stuffed pillow. We now offer both Polyester and Faux Down pillow inserts.

WHAT COLOR ARE YOUR PRODUCTS?
Please refer to specific products to see their exact fabric description. Most items are made of 100% cotton fabric and resemble an off white color. Some items are made with 100% Linen. All items come natural and unbleached.

CAN I INCLUDE A NOTE/GIFT WRAP?
Of course, receiving presents in the mail is the best! All of our items come gift wrapped and ready to be received, but if you would like to include a gift note or to/from tag please leave all the info in the 'note to seller' box when checking out. We'll hand write it and slip it in the package!

CAN I RETURN MY ITEM?
We are happy to accept returns on all regularly priced, non-personalized items. Return/exchanges must be made within 10 business days of delivery. Please allow 5-7 business days for any returns/exchanges to be processed. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. Gifted items can be returned in exchange for store credit only We take great pride in the quality of our products. If you do receive a broken or defective product, please reach out to us immediately.
