Cottage Hill Magazine Spread with Parris Chic Boutique - Celebrate Love

Hi guys! Alyssa here. By now, it's no secret that I'm a little obsessed with Cottage Hill Magazine. With the handful of projects founder + editor, Katie, and I have worked on over the past year, she has become a sweet friend of mine. I find myself looking up to her heart behind the business and Cottage Hill's representation for real life stories with deep, beautiful meaning. It goes hand in hand with our mission statement here at PCB, so it should be no surprise that I wanted to jump on the opportunity to dream up this pretty shoot and meet one of my business goals to see our products in print.

I contacted my good friend Kristin, over at Reveriemade, and asked if she wanted to collaborate on this big undertaking since she is such a pro at bringing pretty to life. We had just a little over a month to make this dream a reality and it was so much fun to brainstorm, plan, and see the entire shoot come together. We have some hilarious stories of how the day played out, but in the end this story turned out to be even better than I could have ever dreamed up. This special day spent on the beach turned out to be a sweet, sweet story with such beautiful images to encourage celebrating love.

It was an absolute joy to contribute to the decor and calligraphy in so many fun + unique ways. Scroll below to see some of the fun wood signs, leather journal, "Let's be adventurers darling" map, wine bottle, napkins, and of course pillows that I had the privilege of contributing to this pretty day.

It is always a pleasure to dream + work alongside your best friends and this day was certainly no exception. An amazing creative team came together to pull off one of my favorite shoots to date and seeing it months later on the pretty shiny pages of Cottage Hill's Pioneer Issue makes my heart skip a beat. Enjoy some of my favorite images from Michelle Lange Photography below and head over to Cottage Hill's journal  or pick up a copy of the magazine, on news stands now, to see the entire feature!
